The Air Charter Safety Foundation, a non-profit aviation safety organization headquartered in Washington, D.C., welcomes Robert Rufli as Director of Operations. The ACSF also welcomes the following changes to its Board of Governors: Todd Weeber as Chair, Jessie Naor as Vice Chair and John Brogan as Treasurer.
