Pentastar Aviation Completes Honeywell DU-875 LCD Cockpit Screen Upgrade on Global Express

Pentastar Aviation, an authorized Honeywell Dealer, has completed its first Honeywell DU-875 flight deck display upgrade on a Global Express, resolving upcoming obsolescence issues on the aircraft.

The DU-875 is a form-fit plug-n-play LCD upgrade that increases display reliability and provides a growth plan to Primus Elite with Enhanced Features (charts, maps, XM Weather) and Advanced Features (SVS) on several of the platforms through additional software and hardware upgrades. Pentastar’s STC doesn't require modifications to the cockpit or changes to the existing aircraft writing

Pentastar was awarded Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) ST04194CH for certification of Honeywell’s DU-875 flight deck display upgrade on Global Express airframes early last year, and added Cessna 550, 560 and 560XL; Cessna 750; Dassault Mystere-Falcon 900 and Falcon 900 EX and Learjet 45 series to the Approved Model List (AML) in July 2017. 

For a limited time, Honeywell is offering a $40,000 trade-in incentive per display replacement.
